Bronet is a land of fallen chivalry and currently in the grip of a civil war. The king died without an heir, leaving a dozen relatives and bastards to fight for the crown. Sir Arkham holds stewardship in Haven until the matter has been settled and the city has been declared neutral ground.

They have established a small mining colony on the northeastern shore of the Opporn Sea. The town is called New Haven and is unusual for humans in the fact that it is built entirely underground. This colony has placed them in direct conflict with Gornath, as the city still claims this territory as part of her empire.

Government: Monarcy in crisis. A dozen claimates to the crown vie for the throne. Sir Arkham, the steward of the deceased king still controls the royal guard and Haven city watch. He has used this position to maintain peace in the capital until a rightful king ascends to the throne.
Religions: The Church of Law is the major religion.
