Staff of Tyche

The Staff of Tyche was bestowed on Carmon Diablo by the goddess herself. The weapon is a +2 Staff with several special abilities:

1) The master of the staff may gain a +4 morale bonus on all saving throws if he is aware of the potential danger. In order to use this ability, the wielder must grasp the staff in both hands and present the staff toward the threat. This is a full action so the weilder may take no other actions during the round except for a 5-foot step.

2) Cast Levitation twice per day as a 12th level caster.

3) Cast Cure Serious Wounds once per day as a 12th level caster.

The staff may possess other abilities that Carmon has yet to discover...
